I've spent most of my career

in senior creative roles -

building agencies, leading global brands,

working across film and design.

Defining brand foundations,

shaping visual and verbal identity,

setting the creative direction

that holds.

I'm most useful when things are messy,

unclear, or overcomplicated -

which is most of the time.

I make decisions under pressure,

simplify what's difficult, and help teams

focus on what actually matters.

I've always done my best work

with small, senior groups

where it runs on clarity and trust,

not hierarchy.
